I worked as an orthopedic (bone) trauma nurse for a while before switching to critical care. Saw some pretty gnarly fractures and breaks. i really needed to watch this video, i caught a nasty edge and hit my head pretty good a month ago, had really loud ringing in the ear and the sun was very intense to be outside and see the next day, it was very hard to fall a sleep, than i hit it again catching a back edge on the rail, got worst again, now starting to feel better, but definitely trying to take it easier.
